What is the reason for this report?

Ticket creation is not working

For now, ticket creation is not working with following error [{“message”:“Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: INVALID_TYPE_ON_FIELD_IN_RECORD, Is Logs Consent: value not of required type: : [Is_Logs_Consent__c]”}]

Indeed there seems to have been an incident about this reported on our status page here:

https://status.digitalocean.com/

You should be able to create a ticket now as normal.
