Too long to respond ticket?

Hi, I have a ticket #3848460 haven’t been responded for over 12h. My droplet has been disabled the networking interface. I have too many complain from my boss and clients.


For me it takes just few hours to respond to any maintenance ticket in my factory where I work, we use smart work order management software which allows us to respond faster, earlier when we used paper based work orders it took us 1 day to get back, but this new CMMS software has made things faster, I recommend you get one such tool for your maintenance ticket management.
