I’m sorry about that. Our teams have a lot of work in front of them, and it can take them time to circle back to these tickets when going down the list. If you need immediate resolution, please remember that we do provide a cloud control panel that is filled with ways to reach quick resolutions through self-service. This can involve snapshots, backups, new droplet creates, etc.
