Why this is happening? Nameserves already updated to domain registrar with ns1.digitalocean.com ns2.digitalocean.com ns3.digitalocean.com

Is dns1.name-services.com your previous DNS host? Unless you have deleted old records you will still see these results if you query the nameserver that hosts them directly. To check for propagation it would be best to check a public nameserver like google’s 8.8.8.8
