Hey guys,
Im switching from VPS host to DO. On the old server, I’ve used Ubuntu 12.04 and would like to stick with Ubuntu itself. However, if I switch over, would you guys recommend to go on with 12.04 or upgrade everything to Ubuntu 14.04?
As far as I can remember, I only need LAMP, zPanel for my Control Panel and an E-mail thingy, such as Dovecot?
So in short: Stick with 12.04 or create a droplet with 14.04 instead?

zPanel only works on Ubuntu 12.04 as far as I know, so if you want to use it, you will have to go with Ubuntu 12.04.
Keep in mind on the previous one you was probably running php 5.4 or earlier, and ubuntu 14.04 comes with php 5.5 so you would have to fix your depreciated code if you have any.
