Hi, after i uploaded my custom image and made it into a VPS in the installation screen i get this error.
“Your installation CD-ROM couldn’t be mounted. This probably means that the CD-ROM was not in the drive. if so you can insert it and try again.”
any tips?

I think that your image might be faulty, what is the exact format that you are uploading?
But anyway, I would strongly advise you not to use Ubuntu 14.04, it is EOF and there are no security patches anymore. I would recommend just building a new image based on Ubuntu 18.04.3 instead.
