Just set up an email system using Postfix, Dovecot and MySQL. That part seems ok. The only part I’m having problems with, is accessing email using a desktop email client or by webmail.
I can log into the server and send email from the command line. I can even see that emails are being received.
Obviously something’s not right, but I have no idea why. There’s nothing in the logs that tell me anything.
Any clues?

Log in to the server and navigate to the email accounts folders

Do you mean
/var/spool/mail
? If so, it means that Postfix is not using Postgres, therefore there must be something wrong with your config.
