Unable to access my droplet suddenly

my server is not responding i am unable to access it via putty or via web console . why not working i reset password wan’t work, reboot droplet so many time won’t work… i don’t know what happens. we did’t do any thing. everything was working fine… but suddenly it’s stopped. even not pinging my ip.

We can’e access using public IP using browser. We can’t connect using putty We even not able to connect via Console option available at our digital ocean account. It show us the following errors:

If the console is not responding then your droplet is likely seeing a pretty serious issue. The console is seen by your droplet as the local keyboard and mouse and no loss of internal services would result in this. Please open a ticket with our team if you encounter this type of issue as they can assist in regaining access to your droplet.
