I am unable to connect to my DigitalOcean droplet through the web console. I am encountering the following error:
“Failed to get droplet info”
Because of this, I’m not able to access the instance via the console.

Hey!
That error usually points to a temporary issue with the control panel or the console service, not necessarily your Droplet itself.
First thing I would check is if you can still connect via SSH from your terminal. If SSH works, then your Droplet is fine and it is just the web console having a problem.
You can also try a quick refresh, different browser, or log out and back in, sometimes the console session gets stuck.
If SSH is also not working, then it might be a network or Droplet level issue, so worth checking if the Droplet is powered on and has a public IP.
If the error keeps showing, I am not 100% sure what is causing it, so best to reach out to support here: https://do.co/support
They can check if there is any issue on the backend for your Droplet.
