I am unable to downgrade droplet from 20$ to 5$. I am getting message “cannot create a droplet with a smaller disk than image”. Kindly advice on this.

this article since 2014, i hop there is changes in your development to make it easy, i want to downgrade.
Currently the fast-resize tool cannot be used to downgrade to a droplet with a smaller disk image. Instead you will need to deploy a new droplet and move your files and configuration. This guide will walk you through the process.
