What is the reason for this report?

Update Spaces SSL certificate not working

The UI for updating custom SSL certificate for Spaces is pretty terrible.

Got an email saying that we had to change it, so I added a new one and it just won’t seem to use it? There’s no notification that a switch is in progress or anything.

The old one was removed, so the subdomain I use for Spaces is just not there and so all our media hosted via Spaces is broken.

How long is it supposed to take for the subdomain to actually be added back with the certificate?
