When I upgrade to a new version, I’d like to use config.nice as per the technique here: http://answers.oreilly.com/topic/100-how-to-upgrade-apache-using-config-nice/
However, the Ubuntu 12.10 Droplet I fired up doesn’t have one (nor a build folder as far as I can tell)
Is there a way to generate one from the current system?
