I was wondering whether it will be possible to use your services with and access it with a subdomain from our provider godaddy? we have a website being setup there and want to have redmine also for our online project management. so we have setup domain and subdomain (i.e. subdoman.domain.com).

Absolutely! You would just need to create an A record in the DNS settings for your domain on GoDaddy and point that new subdomain to your droplet’s IP address.
