Using the Mail-In-A-Box Droplet for My App Deployment

Posted on November 30, 2020

I really enjoyed your guide. I want to deploy a Laravel application and would like to know if I can also deploy the Mail-in-a-box on the same droplet as the mail-in-a-box is to be used for the Laravel application user mails.

Hi @gcpabia,

Yes, you can use Mail-in-a-box with Laravel on the same Droplet but I would suggest using something in the midst of Postfix. It’s a lot more up to date and a lot more used which will help in any troubleshooting you need to do. DigitalOcean have a pretty good tutorial on that one as well

Check it out and see if you like it better. It can be used with Laravel as well.
