Verification code email will not be sent after login.

I’m trying to log in to an account like

I’m not receiving a verification code email from the account above.

There was no spam and no spam was rejected.

Please check if authentication is possible by other means.

Hi @loneblue2002,

Unfortunately, authentication is made only by receiving an Email. I’ll recommend to try and resend the Email again and wait it for it arrive. It shouldn’t take more than 15-20 minutes.

Having said that, if you don’t receive the message again and If you own toptoy.co.kr, contact the hosting company where your MX record has been pointed and ask them check their server records for your message.

  • I notice the emails are automatically being attached to previous threads causing them to get lost in the mix when it was previously archived, like in gmail for example.

    I use my gmail email for digitalocean and regardless of what client I use, I use outlook app on windows and iOS, or even the gmail website itself I have to actively search for or open the “All mail” section in order to find key mails for this.
