Verify account by opening ticket

Hi there,

I am trying to create a CPU optimised ticket but when I hover over the selection it says “This size is currently restricted. Please open a ticket to verify your account”.

I imagine it refers to asking a question as it is opening a ticket? If so, when can I expect my account to be verified?

I am new to Digital Ocean so please excuse me if this is an obvious question :)

Hi - I have just experienced this issue and I’m looking everywhere for this page you mention. Can you tell me where you went?

Apologies, I have just found the support section where it mentions opening a ticket. So this question has been resolved
