Hello,
I am hosting a Space engineers server with Windows Server 2016 Datacenter on your droplet. I have located the droplet in London because I live in London but when we play, we have like 200 ms ping. It’s too much for gaming so can you help me to reduce the ping of my droplet ? Thanks in advance.

Try running an MTR to the server to see where the latency appears. This will be the determining factor as to who has the ability to influence the ping. WinMTR should do the job:
