Question

We are having issues with our network on DO

There was a DDOS and now all our server are knocked off.

When we create a new server we are not able to access them.

We are freaking on what to do now. I am wondering if DO took us off network.

I meant when you create a droplet from 2 weeks images before the attack we are not able to access this and our business is in dire strait to resolve this with you guys asap.

I TRIED THE WEB CONSOLE:

Many times by the time I typed in the password the tab disappears and goes back to login. I have never at anything had success in login into the web console. Show me how to do it. I am not new to computers buy it does not allow me to copy paste it. And when I try typing as soon as I go to finish the text ares disappears. Our business is suffering we need to move forward. This is 72 hours now.

I’ve just checked the status page and it looks like that there has been an incident with Droplets creation a couple of days ago which could be related. Are you still seeing this problem for newly created Droplets?
