I wonder if anyone can help me with this…
I’ve got a website that I’ve built using Django & Python and Postgres.
I understand I can install Django, Python and Postgres and deploy the website into to a droplet, but what about the web hosting aspect of it? Do I need to install my own webserver in the droplet? Or does Digital Ocean do this part for me like one of those web hosting companies eg GoDaddy?

You need to get a host. I like Hover, but you can use anyone you like. After that you need to point the url to the host, and change the nameserver on the host side to digitalocean.
The process is a little geeky, but pretty straightforward once do it.
