Hi, We have this occasional issue that our website goes down - but only on specific Wifi networks. For example, nobody can get to the site from our office, but next door or on mobile internet it’s fine. It happens a few times a month, and not just on one network; we’ve seen it in at least three so far. Any ideas what might be causing it? It’s a pretty straightforwards WordPress site, nothing too fancy. And the error message is the usual:
The connection has timed out The server at clubsodaguide.com is taking too long to respond. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
It’s happening right now in our office… Thanks, Jussi

Same here.
I am in Brazil, when connect by Wifi, it works. When connect by 4G, the server says it is not ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE…
Based on what you describe, this is likely to be one of a couple possible issues:
1.) DNS related - if there are DNS records accessible to one network but not another it could cause an issue only in one place. If you previously hosted your site with the ISP that is also providing your Internet access this could happen. It’s also possible if you have multiple records that one rather than the other is returned, this would likely cause more sporadic issues but if a bad DNS result is cached locally it could be the source of the problem.
2.) Network routing - The other potential issue is in the routing between your location and your droplet. Our support team can look into this for you so I’d recommend opening a ticket. If you can provide the results of a ping and PTR/traceroute between the network experiencing the problems and your droplet it would help.
