Hi,
What is better for my droplet Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS or Ubuntu 20.04 LTS because I have read something about Ubuntu 18 vs 20
and I found 20 better but I don’t know why Digitalocean select 18 by default

If you are talking about the current moment it doesn’t really matter. I mean there are differences and in the long run Ubuntu 20.04 would be the better option as it’s newer but if we are simply talking about this moment it’s the same.
Having said all of that, I’ll recommend going with 20.04 as it’s going to have security updates for longer than 18.04. As for the services inside it, it will feel like the 18.04 with some small difference which shouldn’t impact your application. The main reason for choosing 20.04 is for the security updates I mentioned.
