What is wrong with my wordpress install and how do I fix it?

My wordpress install at spence.co displays the home page and the wp-admin dashboard but it shows an error when attempting to navigate to posts or pages. I’m thinking the DB is corrupted or not configured properly but I couldn’t find a “repair SQL DB” article or tutorial.

@spencegabe Go to Settings » Permalinks and click on Save Changes button. This is the trick
