In such cases I always suggest to use the smallest Droplet possible and upgrade it in case the resources are not enough.
For your case, I’ll suggest the same. Since you don’t expect a lot of traffic, the smallest Droplet should be enough. Additionally, you can upgrade at anytime without a problem so even if it’s too small for you, you can always change that!
