Looking to see the PHP version on the one-click Wordpress 14.04 install? I typically use VESTA CP and do it myself, but the PHP 5.4 to 5.6 is an additional timesink.

The current WordPress one-click image is based on the latest default php5 package for Ubuntu 14.04 which is a 5.5 version.
Until we update the one-clicks to Ubuntu 16.04 (which is in the works but we do not have an ETA to share) you can use this user-data script. On the create page, select Ubuntu 16.04 instead of the one click, check the user-data box and paste in the script. The LAMP stack with php7 and wordpress will be automatically installed for you. It will take a couple minutes longer than a one-click since the packages are installed after it boots but otherwise you should be all set.
And if you need Nginx, you can use this manual Wordpress-Virtualmin-Nginx tutorial. Also known as LEMP stack.
