Hi Guys,
Im looking to set up an HA proxy load balancer for one of my sites. Ive set it up before for dev environments but this is for a live site and wanted to make sure I have a powerful enough droplet. I just want a Layer 4 set up to balance my traffic between two app servers.
Can anyone recommend a good size/spec droplet to run HAProxy?
What do you guys run it on?
Thanks, Chris

This mostly depends on your HAproxy configuration and how many concurrent connections you are looking to support. HAproxy is also heavy on the CPU usage.
