As I was setting up my Minecraft server using the pre-made one from Shark Labs, I noticed I had no Minecraft folder. I’m using Ubuntu 20.04 with that Shark Labs installation and I have no idea where my folder is with my world.

Hi there @ElijahPepe,
I just deployed a new Minecraft Bedrock Edition Droplet from Shark Labs which comes with Ubuntu 20.04 and as far as I can see the worlds are stored at:
/root/minecraftbe/dominecraft/worlds/
I hope that this helps! Regards, Bobby
