Where is the 100$ credits DO promised at sign up?

I signed up on DO 5 days ago, and was promised will receive, 100$ credits for 60 days period after I add my credit card and verified with payment; which i did, but haven’t received any mail about this, or there’s no way to check where the 100$ credits are. I have used a droplet for 4 days for which DO has charged me 2.27$ (including tax), then destroyed it yesterday. Even after destroying the droplet, I have been charged for no reason, like my outstanding amount today is increased to 2.61$.

I have raised a ticket in this regard with Ticket #3450311, but still, there’s no response from DO support.

Please respond and let me know what’s wrong, why i am being charged even after destroying the droplet.
