What is the reason for this report?

Why can't I start my droplet?

I created this droplet just minutes ago and I cannot seem to start it. Every time I click the switch or the “Power On” button, it seems to load for a bit and then the only feedback I get is “Sorry! Something went wrong.” Anyone have any ideas?

Open a support ticket or simply create a new droplet.

Curious to know, is there any way that an issue like this can be expedited? We just experienced a very similar issue and put in a ticket 5 hours and still waiting to hear back. The client is pretty understanding but if we decided to use Digital Ocean for something of higher importance, we would have been fired immediately. Are there tiers of support to get someone on the phone?
