What is the reason for this report?

Why do you suspend accounts suddenly without notifying your clients?!!

We are running a production application for one of our retail clients on a dedicated optimized CPU droplet, and suddenly we got this message: "Hi there,

We’ve deemed the activities on the account are in violation of the DigitalOcean user agreement, and your account has been locked and disabled as a result. In ten days, your account will be terminated and your data will be permanently deleted. If you feel it is an error, please reply to this email.

How can this happen without notifying us or investigating if there is a true violation? Who should be responsible for the loss caused because of this irresponsible action? How can we or any real business rely on your service anymore?

You even haven’t gave us a chance to take a backup from our database to run it on any other server.
