Why Does Digital Not Follow Their Own Terms of Service?

Posted May 24, 2016 2.4k views

I submitted 14 complaints to the abuse and legal department of Digital Ocean about one of their customers publishing racist, defamatory, threatening, hateful and anti-Semitic material about me, members of my family, my deceased mother, my customers, and even minority friends. I understand freedom of speech allows racists scum to publish such information. But in this case, this is clearly against the TOS of Digital Ocean. Yet, your stands by this racists piece of garbage and allows him to publish his trash. I even personally visited the office of Digital Ocean in Manhattan and informed them of the website that is publishing hateful and defamatory material about me and other Jews and minorities. But Digital Ocean does not care.
