i have created a firewall and i want the below opened and it doesnt work?
Furthermore the ticket support is not helpful either?
PORT E SERVICE 143/tcp imap 587/tcp submission 993/tcp imaps 995/tcp pop3s 3306/tcp mysql 4190/tcp sieve 4949/tcp munin 25/tcp smtp
How can i open the above ports?
deleting the firewall does nothing either

Do you have any services running on those ports on your droplet?
To check that use the netstat -plant command.
