Why Has Support Fallen So Low?

Posted on May 10, 2019

My ticket# 2660091 -was opened nearly 24 hours ago, and no responses as of yet. Why? There’s no excuse for charging your prices every month and abandoning your responsibility to at least acknowledge a support ticket with best intentions. I brought on 2 additional customers with me as well all migrated to DO years ago. Since then Support has declined significantly. You have removed all references to support phone numbers or email addresses, and resort only to your e-ticket system and … SOCIAL MEDIA???

There’s nobody home. I’ve seen this happen to many hosting companies. They just turn their lights off and expect to keep collecting paychecks. I opened my ticket 3 days ago and still no response. I’ll be closing my account and taking my customers with me. No one gets our business and treats us like this.

I also encountered the same problem. My ticket # 2667361 was submitted on Sunday, May 12, 2019 4:54 PM and there have been no responses so far.

Same here…

I hardly create tickets except when there’s network problem, packet lost.

The supports are quick in asking you to provide MTR test, ip address detail, but after that there will be silent update…
