I can’t connect to my server since today afternoon. Saying Network issue. What happened, please? My site is down for almost 4 hours now. I opened a support ticket immediately, but no reply yet. Kindly give a reply, please.

Its been more than 30 hours my site is down and nobody helping from digitalocean. I never expected digitalocean will be like this. This is a big-time loss for me
