I was following the instructions provided by Mailgun to add DNS records necessary for sending. However, Mailgun won’t recognize k1._domainkey TXT record. How come? Is domainkey supposed to be a placeholder? Can somebody please help me fix this problem. My domain is rulucy.com and I have attached two picture belows. The first picture shows Mailgun’s instructions and the second picture shows my records.

Hello there,
DNS changes might take up a few good hours in order to update. If after a few hours the domain is still not verified then you can double-check the DNS records for any misconfiguration.
You can check Mailgun’s docs for the verification process here:

Hope that this helps!
Hello,
In addition to what has already been mentioned, as far as I can see from this external DNS checker, your TXT record appears to be added two times:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/k1._domainkey.rulucy.com
This might also cause an issue with the validation, if this is the case, I would recommend deleting the duplicate DNS record.
Best,
Bobby
