Why my droplet is not working?

Everything was working probably, I’ve installed Cpanel and WHM and bought the licenses. Today I was uploading my backups in Cpanel. After Upload completed I tried to extract zip files. After some time I refreshed the page and this happen:

Hi @happycyanurchin,

This message is shown when for some reason the domain you are trying to access can’t find a proper virtual host or the Account is Suspended in WHM.

What I’ll recommend is to enter your Droplet via WHM and see if the account is suspended. Additionally, check your virtual host on the done, try and restart whm and cpanel and see if that would help as well.
