After I rebooted the server via the digital ocean’s site, it no longer open in the browser and doesn’t connect via ssh. Browser console shows this After entering the password, commands in the console run, but the site is still inaccessible. And if close and open the console, then everything will be the same

reboot
This should reboot things the cleaner way. Hopefully no data has been destroyed in the process.
