my account also Locked after add the card detail payment for Registration i’ve also create a ticket but they only say :
“Your account was found to match patterns associated with fraudulent behavior, which is a violation of our Terms of Service. After review, we have determined that restoring access to your account is not possible.”
my ticket number : Ticket #3294897
so i create another account and try to add card detail, and get locked too…
please i need some help to activate my account
Ticket #3461438 same here. Guys fix this! As a customer I get the idea that you are betraying my trust and rubbing me of money. Thus I loose my trust in the platform and would not recommend it to anyone. Locking user directly after payment (but not before) - this is a NO GO! Very bad first experience!!!
