Hi @varunWalrus,

Can you give a little bit more information about the issue, when are you experiencing it, have you made any recent changes to the website, when does it occur, have you contacted the plugin vendor and so on?

    I have not made any change in the website, also there has been no change in the plugins as well, Our system was working good till yesterday and now it has automatically stop working.

    We tried all the options. Even I created the new droplet and checked it’s still not working.In new dorplet i only installed one plugin that is woocommerce.

    We tried to change .htaccess , apacha2.conf even new plugins install and creating new key . But non is working. While same thing I am doing on my other server(godaddy) it’s working.

    • Hi @varunWalrus,

      It’s possible the vendor of your plugin blocked your IP address on your droplet however you mentioned that you’ve experienced this on another droplet.

      What I can suggest is contacting the vendor of the said plugin and presenting the error you are experiencing. Most probably they’ve seen the error before and have some suggestions.

Authentication problem If you are notthe owner ask your Admin.
