I’ve paid all outstanding dues. Why am I getting a past due notification in my account? I want to create a team account and I believe that this notification has restricted my account to do so as I can’t locate the team account option in my avatar’s dropdown menu. Your prompt response in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I initially tried to reach out to your customer support team, but when I choose to create a new ticket, I encounter the following error:

We were unable to log you in to the support portal.
Error: Unable to find a user

This has prevented me to contact the support team. Would you be able to look into this and provide a resolution?

    If you head to the link above and press “Trouble signing in?” in the top right, there is a secondary link on the page to contact our support team without needing to sign in.
