which in detail says
Because a cookie’s SameSite attribute was not set or is invalid, it defaults to SameSite=Lax, which prevents the cookie from being sent in a cross-site request. This behavior protects user data from accidentally leaking to third parties and cross-site request forgery.
Resolve this issue by updating the attributes of the cookie: Specify SameSite=None and Secure if the cookie should be sent in cross-site requests. This enables third-party use. Specify SameSite=Strict or SameSite=Lax if the cookie should not be sent in cross-site requests

Hello,
I believe that this could be caused by a browser extension, for example, if you have an ad blocker it’s possible that it could be causing the problem.
I would recommend disabling the ad blocker on for the DigitalOcean domain name and then try again.
Let me know how it goes. Regards, Bobby
DigitalOcean droplets offer in-browser access to the console. Just click that “Console Access” button and enter “root” for the username, followed by the password from your e-mail. From the DigitalOcean Control Panel, on the Droplets page, click the name of the Droplet you want to rebuild to open the Droplet’s detail page. From there, open the Destroy page on the left. In the Rebuild Droplet section, click on the Select an image text box and search for the image you’d like to use.
Hi,
Try with another website browser, and ensure its version is up to date. Some elder versions of popular browsers did not recognize/accept attribute ‘None’ of SameSite cookie.
