Hi, I cant access to the server using putty or winscp with my root user name and password .But it works well for console in the web site. why i cant access server from out side.

There is a setting for this in /etc/ssh/sshd_config you can check. You may also want to try restarting your ssh server by running the command:
/etc/init.d/ssh restart
