What is the reason for this report?

Accessing my droplet from my local machine

I want to upload my application files and web pages to the droplet from my local machine…how do I do that ?

Use FileZilla

With this setting

Username : your username e.g root
Passwort : you know it

You can use an SFTP client to upload files to your droplet – see How To Use Filezilla to Transfer and Manage Files Securely on your VPS. If you’re running a LAMP stack, the files should be stored in /var/www/html.
