As @Bobby Iliev said, if you have a ticket and it’s urgent like your Drople being down due to a networking issue or something similar, you can share this here.

Having said that, if there is a technical issue, the best place to post such a question is again here. We can try and assist with some pointers on how to troubleshoot your issue or how to fix it.
