What is the reason for this report?

Account flagged for abuse

Greetings, 14 hours ago my account has been flagged for abuse, for no foreseeable reason nor any forewarning. All its contents were compliant with Digital Ocean T&C.

It contained one single droplet running a wiki website that acted as the transparency portal for our organization, as it is a mandatory requirement by Italian law and any downtime is currently exposing us to major legal consequences.

Support has not provided any explanation, nor offered any possible solution, simply stating “your account was found to be ineligible for activation”.

Is it possible to request a recheck? And if reactivation is impossible, is there a way to obtain backups of said droplet?
