What is the reason for this report?

Account locked after payment have been made for the server

Yesterday i register my new account for digital ocean cloud services. After i do the payment for the server, my account have been locked. Can anyone help me on this thing ?

I had the same problem and according to support it’s an automated process. If for whatever reason you met some condition in their security system you get locked out immediately. This is very frustrating and imho very customer unfriendly but that’s what it is atm.

To speed up the process: Login to your “locked” account and hit the “support” link in the top menu. Let them know what happened and someone will look into it faster. They unlocked my account within 1 hour so I hope you get a quick reply as well.
