What is the reason for this report?

Account Locked | No support from team after providinng personal information.

When I attempted to sign up using a Digital Ocean account, both of my accounts were locked: one was created using a promotional link and the other without any offer. Despite my inquiries, they did not provide any further details.

I operate a web and AI development agency and have hosted several websites on Digital Ocean over the years, using the same method for live sites.

Due to privacy concerns, we do not showcase our clients’ websites on our main website. Consequently, I am unsure of why and how to share internal details necessary for account activation.

Moreover, the support team has not been forthcoming with details regarding why the Indian support team rejected our requests.

I have encountered this issue in the past as well. I would appreciate advice on how to manage new account creations for each of my clients without facing these issues.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to approve the account for activation. We understand this is not the outcome you were looking for.

However, we always welcome any additional information you can provide to better help us understand your business case on DigitalOcean. There are some parameters used in the activation reviews that we cannot share for the safety of DigitalOcean.
