Out of the blue we get an email from the “abuse” department telling us that we have triggered an investigation and telling us to reply to the email. We reply to the email only to be notified 20 minutes later that the account has been suspended for “terms of use violation” and telling us that we should look for a new service provider. No explanation is given, no conversation had, nothing for my team to actually try to fix the situation. In the meantime, this is cause incredible stress and damage to my business. Does a responsible vendor behave like this?

Hey @60b050886825-43dd-bf32-5c34e8,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps!
Hello,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. Or if you’ve already contacted support, do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps!
