I’m new to linux and not very expert in handling the terminal console. I wish Enable graphical environment in ubuntu 14.4

To install a basic gui, run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop
On your terminal, and you should see a graphical interface after the installation.
