Any update status on the network issue?

My site is in the New York data center. My website is still not accessible from the url however it works when i go to the ip directly. Support told me they are aware of the issue, but its been a couple of hours now. Any update?

I have the same problem. It appears DNS is not resolving. I have two sites. NY has problems while San Francisco is functioning.

It appears that your domain is using DigitalOcean’s nameservers. Do you have the domain in the DNS section of your account?
