My site is in the New York data center. My website is still not accessible from the url http://idiallo.com however it works when i go to the ip directly. Support told me they are aware of the issue, but its been a couple of hours now. Any update?

It appears that your domain is using DigitalOcean’s nameservers. Do you have the domain in the DNS section of your account?
I have the same problem. It appears DNS is not resolving. I have two sites. NY has problems while San Francisco is functioning.
